These terms apply to all quotations issued by and orders placed with Brew Studio Interiors Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202101031477 (1428630-P)), 27-1, Jalan Metro Pudu 2, Fraser Business Park, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Placing a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. Quotations

Written quotations are valid for thirty days and are fixed for the scope described in them. Material price changes never alter a confirmed order; if you change the scope after confirmation, we issue a written variation with any price difference before proceeding.

2. Drawings and approval

Fabrication begins only after you approve the final drawings in writing. Dimensions on approved drawings prevail over verbal discussions. We are responsible for measurements our team takes on site; where you supply your own measurements, the fit is your responsibility.

3. Payment

Unless the quotation states otherwise: 50% deposit on confirmation, 40% before delivery, 10% within seven days of installation. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named on the invoice. Furniture remains our property until paid in full.

4. Timelines

Lead times stated on quotations begin on the date we receive both the deposit and your drawing approval. We build schedule buffers into every quote, but delays caused by site readiness, third-party contractors or force majeure extend the timeline correspondingly and are communicated as soon as we know of them.

5. Natural materials

Wood is a natural product. Variation in grain, knots and colour between the sample and the delivered piece — and gradual colour change with light exposure — are characteristics, not defects. We match samples as closely as nature allows.

6. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation within the Klang Valley are included unless the quotation says otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring access (lift bookings, permits, clear pathways) on the agreed date; a failed delivery for access reasons may incur a re-delivery charge. Please inspect the work with our team on completion and note any issues on the handover form.

7. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for five years from installation as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. Hardware carries its manufacturer's warranty. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, water ingress from the building, or pest activity originating on site.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the contract value of the affected item. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

9. Disputes

We fix problems first and argue later — call us before anything else. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
