Site visit & measurement
We come to your space anywhere in the Klang Valley, take exact measurements and talk through how you actually use the room.

Design & material selection
You receive drawings, a material board and a fixed quotation. Tropical hardwoods, plywood carcasses, laminates and stone tops are all chosen with Malaysia's humidity in mind.

Workshop build
Our carpenters cut, join and finish every piece in our Pudu workshop. You are welcome to drop by and see your furniture taking shape.

Delivery & installation
We deliver, install, level and clean up — then hand you a five-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Questions we hear most often
How much does custom furniture cost compared to ready-made?
Expect roughly 20–40% above a comparable showroom piece. The difference buys exact sizing, your choice of materials, sturdier joinery and a five-year workmanship warranty. For built-ins like kitchens and wardrobes, custom is often the only way to use the space fully.
How long does a typical project take?
A single piece such as a TV console takes 3–4 weeks from confirmed drawings. Full kitchens and café fit-outs usually run 6–8 weeks. We give you a written schedule with the quotation and keep you updated with photos from the workshop.
Which areas do you serve?
We install throughout Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley — including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras and Ampang. For commercial projects we also travel to Seremban and Ipoh.
What materials do you work with?
Solid tropical hardwoods (teak, merbau, nyatoh), marine-grade plywood, MDF with laminate or spray finishes, quartz and sintered stone tops, and powder-coated steel frames. We advise on what suits each room's humidity and use.
Do you handle design, or do I need my own designer?
Both work. Our in-house designer prepares drawings and 3D previews as part of every quotation, and we are equally happy building from your interior designer's plans — we collaborate with several KL design firms regularly.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — 50% on confirmation to secure materials and workshop time, 40% before delivery, and the final 10% after installation once you have inspected everything.
What does the warranty cover?
Five years on workmanship: joints, hinges, runners, laminates lifting or warping under normal use. We repair or replace at no charge. Hardware carries the manufacturer's own warranty on top.
