Brew Studio Interiors Sdn. Bhd. (“BrewStudio”, “we”, “us”) operates the website brewstudio.pro. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site and our business, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

1. Data we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the description of your project. When you call, email or visit the workshop, we may record your contact details and project requirements so we can prepare quotations and drawings.

The website itself keeps a short session identifier while you browse (needed for the enquiry form to work securely) and, if you accept them, the preference cookies described in our Cookie Policy. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

2. Why we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule site measurements and installations, issue invoices, honour warranty obligations, and — only if you have asked for it — send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.

3. Who sees it

Access is limited to BrewStudio staff who need it to serve you. Where a project requires it, limited details (such as a delivery address and contact number) may be shared with our own installation team or a building's management office to arrange access. Service providers that host our website and email are bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry records that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project and invoice records are kept for seven years to meet Malaysian tax and warranty obligations, after which they are destroyed.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further processing. Write to [email protected] or post to 27-1, Jalan Metro Pudu 2, Fraser Business Park, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. We respond within twenty-one days.

6. Security

Our website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are protected against forgery, and business records are kept on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate precautions.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for thirty days.
