Before we draw anything, we map your workflow: where orders come in, where the grinder sits, how the barista pivots between machine and till. A counter that shaves two seconds off every drink pays for itself within a year.
Seating that fills seats
Banquettes and booths seat more people per square metre than loose chairs, define zones without walls, and give solo customers a comfortable perch. We build them with commercial-grade foam, stain-resistant upholstery and skirtings that survive the mop.
